IMPACT Knockouts Championship Match Set For Bound For Glory 2020

Kylie Rae will finally get her title shot...

Bound For Glory is still over a month away but the card is starting to take shape. IMPACT Wrestling announced last week that Eric Young will defend the world championship against Rich Swann on October 24. The World Class Maniac has to defeat Eddie Edwards one more time at Victory Road to reach the pay-per-view, however.

IMPACT added another match to the card last night as Kylie Rae challenged Deonna Purrazzo to a Knockouts Championship match. The two women have been on a collision course since Rae was crowned the number one contender at Slammiversary 2020, but their feud was put on the back burner after Kylie was transported to Wrestle House.

The former AEW star returned on September 1 and she and The Virtuosa picked up right where they left off.

The feud continued last night as Susie went one on one with Kimber Lee. The babyface had the match won but Purrazzo interfered to help her friend. Her interference backfired, though, as Deonna unintentionally hit Kimber Lee which gave Susie the opening she needed to connect with Panic Switch for the 1-2-3.

After the match, the Knockouts Champion attacked Susie and Rae but the babyfaces were able to fend her off. Kylie then reminded Deonna she was the number one contender and challenged her to a title match at Bound For Glory on October 24.
