IMPACT Wrestling Victory Road 2020 Scheduled For October 3

Just over a week away...

IMPACT Wrestling's next pay-per-view is still over a month away as Bound For Glory 2020 will be broadcast on October 24. The main event of the show has already been set and Eric Young will defend the IMPACT World Championship against Rich Swann.

Young vs. Swann may have been scuppered, however. On last night's episode of IMPACT!, The World Class Maniac attacked The Deaners before their scheduled match. He proceeded to beat down Cody Deaner and Cousin Jake until Scott D'Amore came to the ring to stop him. D'Amore pulled EY off Cody which proved to be a bad decision as Young dragged the Executive Vice President of IMPACT Wrestling to the corner. Before the world champion could do further damage, though, Eddie Edwards suddenly returned to IMPACT and attacked Young, sending him scurrying backstage.

Later in the broadcast, Edwards confronted D'Amore backstage and demanded he be granted his rematch against Eric Young. Scott told him to calm down and announced he will get his rematch at Victory Road on October 3.

With that, the main event of Victory Road was set. Fans can watch the event exclusively on IMPACT Plus.
