IMPACT Rebranding As TNA Wrestling From January 2024

TNA Wrestling is back!

TNA Wrestling will soon no longer be a thing of the past.

In a huge announcement to close out the Bound For Glory pay-per-view on Saturday, October 21, it was revealed that IMPACT Wrestling would be returning to its original Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling name from Hard To Kill on January 13, 2024.

"We still hear the 'TNA' chants wherever we go," said IMPACT Wrestling President Scott D'Amore. "Fans have longed for TNA Wrestling, so that's what we're bringing back in 2024: TNA Wrestling, we're back!"

Hard To Kill will emanate from the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada followed by the 'Snake Eyes Extravaganza Show' as a set of TV tapings at the same venue on Sunday, January 14.

Further details on the return of TNA Wrestling will be revealed on Tuesday, October 24 during an exclusive interview and Q&A with Scott D'Amore on IMPACT's Facebook page at 12 pm ET.

Originally founded by Jeff Jarrett, Jerry Jarrett, and Bob Ryder, TNA Wrestling was the name of the promotion from 2002 until new owners Anthem rebranded the company as IMPACT Wrestling in March 2017.

This came following a tumultuous period for the promotion that led to TNA almost going out of business on multiple occasions, as well as 'LolTNA' becoming popularised online. Fans have looked back fondly on TNA Wrestling in recent years, though, particularly the mid-to-late 2000s period for the promotion that featured the likes of Kurt Angle, Samoa Joe, Sting, AJ Styles, Abyss, Christian Cage, Christopher Daniels, and Monty Brown.
