IMPACT Wrestling Adds New UK Tour Date Due To 'Popular Demand'

IMPACT Wrestling will be extending their stay in the United Kingdom later this year.

The promotion announced today that due to popular demand, IMPACT will be holding a second show in Coventry, England. The new event will be held on Sunday, October 29 at the HMV Empire. Tickets for the new event go on sale on Wednesday, August 16 at 9 am BST at IMPACT Wrestling's website. 

IMPACT announced last month that they would be returning to the UK in October for the UK Invasion Tour, mere days after Bound for Glory, for their first major shows across the pond in eight years. 

The tour will begin at the O2 Academy in Glasgow, Scotland on Thursday, October 26 before the promotion heads to the Walker Activity Dome in Newcastle upon Tyne, England for an event on Friday, October 27. The promotion then heads to Coventry for what is now two events on Saturday, October 28 and Sunday, October 29. Tickets for the three original shows are on sale now. 

Talents announced for the UK Invasion Tour include Alex Shelley, Moose, Eddie Edwards, Deonna Purrazzo, Frankie Kazarian, Brian Myers, Ace Austin & Chris Bey, and Joe Hendry. Grado will also make his return to IMPACT, while Tommy Dreamer and Gail Kim will be making special appearances on the tour.
