IMPACT Wrestling Bringing Back Over Drive

Over Drive is coming back

IMPACT Wrestling are reviving a 2019 event later this year, the promotion have announced. 

It was revealed that IMPACT are bringing back Over Drive for an IMPACT Plus special on Friday, November 18. The show will emanate from Old Forester's Paristown Hall in Louisville, Kentucky. 

Following Over Drive, IMPACT will hold their Kentucky Chaos TV taping on Saturday, November 19, also at Old Forester's Paristown Hall.

The first Over Drive event was broadcast on November 10, 2019, as a Twitch special. Headline matches included a Knockouts Title bout between Taya Valkyrie and Madison Rayne, and a Four-Way between Eddie Edwards, Brian Cage, Moose, and Michael Elgin. Sami Callihan also faced Rhino in singles action. 

Prior to Over Drive, IMPACT will hold their biggest show of the year, Bound For Glory, on October 8. The location of the event has yet to be announced. IMPACT are currently off the road for the remainder of July but they will resume touring in August for the Emergence IMPACT Plus special and a TV taping in mid-August.
