All the action from the IMPACT Zone

Another week in the IMPACT Zone, and the first show post IMPACT Homecoming last weekend, here’s what went down on last night’s IMPACT Wrestling:

The Super Elite tasted defeat at the hands of Eddie Edwards, Sami Calliha, and Elite Hunter Frankie Kazarian. The match started out as a heated mass brawl, but eventually became The Elite show, as the trio worked over Kazarian. Another brawl broke out with Sami spiking Omega with a piledriver on the apron, as Eddie hit a Boston Knee Party on Karl Anderson for the win. Post-match, W.Morrissey laid out Eddie with a powerbomb, and the issues between those two will continue.

Chris Bey was finally welcomed into Bullet Club by Jay White after defeating Juice Robinson in singles action. Bey was all over Juice for the majority of the match, and got the win with The Art of Finesse after Juice was distracted by White and David Finlay brawling at ringside. Post match, White gave Bey the obligatory Bullet Club t-shirt and a two sweet, and it seems Bullet Club will have a presence in IMPACT going forward.

Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo recently accepted an invitation from Mickie James to wrestle at NWA’s all-women Empowerrr event, at the behest of Gail Kim. Last night, James announced who Purrazzo will be facing at the event: Melina Perez, and the title will be on the line. Melina and Deonna exchanged words and signed off on the bout.

Fire ’n Flava are no more. After another loss - this time to the hands of Grace & Ellering - Tasha Steelz voiced her displeasure with Kiera Hogan’s performance, and watched on as a debuting Savannah Evans beat down Hogan.

Elsewhere, Jake Something is the new number one contender for the X Division Title, a three-way between VBD, Willie Mack & Rich Swann, and IMPACT Tag Champions The Good Brothers has been made official for Emergence, and Kimber Lee is officially ‘undead’.
