IMPACT Wrestling’s Heath Set To Undergo Surgery

Heath has been on the shelf since October

IMPACT Wrestling’s Heath has announced on Twitter that he is to undergo surgery.

The former WWE Tag Champion debuted for IMPACT at Slammiversary in July 2020, quickly entering a storyline where he was trying to receive an official contract from Scott D’Amore. While competing in the Call Your Shot Battle Royal at Bound for Glory in October 2020, Heath got injured, and has been out of action since.

In a video update on Twitter, Heath confirmed he will undergo surgery on March 1, 2021, in order to fix a multitude of injuries. He also stated the reason it has taken so long to go under the knife is because it took time to find a a doctor who could take care of everything at once.

In terms of injuries, Heath stated he is suffering with a sports hernia on the left side of his pubic bone, a hernia on the right side, a rip on both sides of his abdomen wall, and Heath’s also dealing with an abductor muscle which has been torn completely off the bone.

More updates on Heath’s condition when we have them.
