Independent wrestling talents may lose out on a regular booking should they decide to work for All Elite Wrestling later this week.

AEW will hold two shows in Boston, Massachusetts this week with AEW Dynamite and Collision airing live from the MGM Music Hall at Fenway on Wednesday, April 16 and Thursday, April 17 respectively. Beyond Wrestling will be running their weekly Wrestling Open show from the Electric Haze in Worcester, Massachusetts on April 17 and Fightful Select has reported that the promotion has told talent if they cancel their Wrestling Open booking late on for AEW extra work, they won't be brought back to Beyond Wrestling.

Several matches have already been announced for Thursday's Wrestling Open show in Worcester. Why such a stance has been adopted by Beyond Wrestling is unknown. The promotion has worked with WWE as part of the WWE ID programme, though, and WWE ID talents in Marcus Mathers, Brad Baylor, and Ricky Smokes are regulars for Beyond Wrestling.

Wednesday's episode of AEW Dynamite will be a special Spring BreakThru show to celebrate Dynamite becoming the longest-running weekly primetime pro wrestling show in Turner Sports history, passing WCW Monday Nitro.
