Injury Updates On Multiple AEW Stars

Several injured All Elite Wrestling stars are nearing their return to the ring, and they could also be joined by an injured Ring of Honor talent.

Whilst the returns of Kenny Omega, and Julia Hart have started being teased, a report from Fightful Select suggests that up-and-coming ROH talent Cole Karter is also nearing a return to the ring. Karter broke his arm in June and required surgery, but is now believed to be cleared or at least close to being cleared to return to action.

Whilst Karter is close to a return, the same can’t be said for Skye Blue. Whilst Blue is progressing in her recovery from an ankle injury, there is no word on when she could make her return to the ring. Blue has recently been making signing appearances, and also appeared on the AEW All Out broadcast in September 2024.

As for Willow Nightingale, the former NJPW STRONG Women’s Champion has been out of action since October after suffering a concussion, and whilst no details have been released as to when she could make her return, it was noted that the injury delayed some tentative creative plans for the ‘Babe With the Power’.
