Internal Favourites To Win WWE Money In The Bank 2026 Ladder Matches Revealed

Money in the Bank has traditionally taken place between May and July but the show is being held later in the year in 2026, with the MITB pay-per-view scheduled to emanate from New Orleans, Louisiana, on Saturday, October 10.

The show will feature the men's and women's Money in the Bank Ladder matches of CM Punk vs. Bron Breakker vs. Penta vs. Kevin Owens vs. Trick Williams vs. Je'Von Evans and Lola Vice vs. Sol Ruca vs. Roxanne Perez vs. Jacy Jayne vs. Lash Legend vs. Tiffany Stratton.

WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select has reported that the current creative favourites within WWE to win the Money in the Bank Ladder matches are Penta and Bron Breakker on the men's side and Roxanne Perez and Lash Legend in the women's match.

At one point, it was floated around within the company for Trick Williams to win the men's MITB Ladder match. CM Punk and Kevin Owens are also considered unlikely winners at this point due to the current WWE Title picture on SmackDown which features several wrestlers vying for the belt currently held by Sami Zayn. One source noted, however, that having the MITB briefcase could "juice up" the storyline around the Undisputed WWE Championship.

Other matches announced for Money in the Bank include Roman Reigns vs. LA Knight for the World Heavyweight Championship, Oba Femi vs. Bronson Reed, and Stephanie Vaquer defending the WWE Women's World Title in a Triple Threat against Becky Lynch and Liv Morgan.
