WWE Hall of Famer Jake 'The Snake' Roberts is far from enamoured with the company's decision to pull back the curtain on their creative process in the upcoming Netflix documentary series WWE: Unreal.
On the latest edition of his The Snake Pit podcast, Roberts sarcastically said, "Oh well, they've done everything else, and made money with it. They might as well do that too," with regards to WWE: Unreal.
He then went further, adding:
"I think it's foolish. I don't think that product will ever warrant enough money being made for the damage that it'll do. So that's just my own thoughts".
The 70-year-old is currently signed to AEW, though he has a WWE Legends deal which allows him to appear in WWE 2K games.
Netflix will release the first batch of five WWE: Unreal episodes on July 29, with another five episodes scheduled for release in early 2026.
Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson's team reportedly provided notes about the episodes in which he appears. Paul 'Triple H' Levesque will be a central figure in the series and serve as the narrator.
