WWE's partnership with Netflix will expand later this month as WWE: Unreal will premiere with a five-episode first season on July 29. The show is designed to go behind the scenes of WWE.
POST Wrestling has reported that the series has been compared to Hard Knocks and episode descriptions have been revealed for WWE: Unreal.
Episode one will focus on the WWE Raw premiere on Netflix and the main event between CM Punk and Seth Rollins, with the episode putting a spotlight on Punk, Cody Rhodes, and Rhea Ripley.
Episode two will focus on the Men's Royal Rumble Match and the feud between Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens. Episode three will look at WWE's women's talent, including Chelsea Green's Women's United States Title win, the Women's Royal Rumble, and the Women's Elimination Chamber.
Episode four will cover John Cena's heel turn and the lengths that were taken to keep it a secret, along with the Men's Elimination Chamber match and New Day's heel turn. Dwayne Johnson and Brian Gewirtz will appear on the episode covering Cena's heel turn, while WWE President Nick Khan will also speak on the episode.
The series finale will be about WrestleMania 41, in particular focusing on Gunther vs. Jey Uso, CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins vs. Roman Reigns, IYO SKY vs. Rhea Ripley vs. Bianca Belair, and Cody Rhodes vs. John Cena. The Rock's absence from WrestleMania will not be mentioned.
Beyond appearing on episodes of WWE: Unreal, Dwayne Johnson's team provided notes about the episodes in which he appears, POST Wrestling reported. Triple H will be a central figure in the series, serving as the narrator of WWE: Unreal.
Future seasons of WWE: Unreal are already planned, with another five episodes set to be released in early 2026.
