JD Drake Added To PWG Battle Of Los Angeles 2022

Another All Elite Wrestling talent has been added to Pro Wrestling Guerrilla's Battle Of Los Angeles tournament. 

PWG announced on Wednesday that JD Drake would be a participant in BOLA 2022, tweeting: "JD Drake is the thirteenth entrant in the 2022 Battle of Los Angeles!"

JD Drake will join other AEW talents Lio Rush, Lee Moriarty and Daniel Garcia in the tournament. Other wrestlers competing in BOLA include Jonathan Gresham, Aramis, Bandido, Davey Richards, JONAH, Alex Shelley, Kevin Blackwood, Black Taurus and Jack Cartwheel.

The 2022 edition of Battle Of Los Angeles will take place over two days on January 29 and January 30 at the Globe Theatre in Los Angeles, California. This will be the first BOLA in two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

JD Drake first performed in PWG at The Makings Of A Varsity Athlete in December 2019. He has been involved in all three of PWG's 2021 shows, including reforming The WorkHorsemen with Anthony Henry to unsuccessfully challenge Malakai Black and Brody King for the PWG Tag Team Championship in November.
