Jeff Hardy Hearing Postponed Until August

Jeff Hardy's hearing has been pushed back

Jeff Hardy's arraignment and bond hearing has been postponed.

F4W Online reported that Hardy was originally scheduled to appear in court in Volusia County, Florida, on Tuesday, July 5, but the hearing has since been postponed until Tuesday, August 2. Hardy will appear in court at 2:30 pm ET.

This comes after Hardy pleaded not guilty to DUI-related charges on June 28.

The AEW talent was arrested on the morning of Monday, June 13, on charges of DUI, driving with a revoked or suspended license, and violating restrictions placed on his license. A breathalyser test showed Hardy was three-times above the legal limit and the 44-year-old admitted to police officers that he had been drinking double shots of Fireball prior to driving. Hardy also noted to officers that he had an upcoming brain scan following an injury he suffered at the Double Or Nothing pay-per-view on May 29.

Hardy was suspended without pay by All Elite Wrestling following his arrest and he is currently in treatment.
