Jeff Jarrett Takes Shots At Braun Strowman, WWE On AEW Dynamite

AEW takes a shot at Braun Strowman

All Elite Wrestling took another shot at WWE on this week's episode of Dynamite.

Appearing on the show following his debut last week, Jeff Jarrett took aim at his former employers and one of their top stars in Braun Strowman.

While putting over Satnam Singh, Jarrett described him as a "real giant" and not a "make-believe monster who wears red skinny jeans", referring to Strowman. JJ then referred to WWE as a "banana-nosed circus", seemingly taking a shot at Chief Content Officer Triple H.

Jarrett's comments come after Strowman caused a stir on social media over the weekend when he tweeted:

"Holy hell @TheGiantOmos can you believe we got 47 and ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️reminded the people that no one cares about all these floppy floppers. Giants and Monster > flippy flipper bag your grocery's at @kroger #AirportTest #SizeIsThePrize #SwoleIsTheGoal"

The likes of Mustafa Ali, Chris Jericho, and Will Ospreay didn't take too kindly to Strowman's comments and it was later noted that Strowman possibly has heat within WWE

AEW have often taken shots at WWE throughout the promotion's short history, with Tony Khan explaining that AEW is a challenger brand and he has taken inspiration from another challenger brand in Burger King and their marketing strategy of criticising McDonald's.
