AEW To Make UK Debut In 2023

AEW finally coming to the UK in 2023

During the November 9 edition of AEW Dynamite it was announced that All Elite Wrestling will finally make their UK debut in 2023.

No further details have been revealed as of yet, but it is widely believed that any show would take place at Fulham FC’s Craven Cottage stadium in London, with AEW President Tony Khan serving as Fulham’s Director of Football Operations, while his father Shahid Khan is the Chairman of the team.

If rumours are correct and AEW do run Craven Cottage, then expect any show to take place in June or July 2023, as the current Premier League season will finish at the end of May, with the 2023/24 season set to commence in August 2023.

Tony Khan has long spoken of his desire to run an AEW show at Craven Cottage, with the UK one of the strongest and most coveted pro wrestling markets in the world. For football matches, Craven Cottage has a capacity of around 25,000, and it is conceivable that it could hold around the 30,000 mark if used for wrestling.
