All Elite Wrestling Commentator Jim Ross has criticised WWE's management of Bray Wyatt.
Wyatt had been out of action since WrestleMania 37 with an "undisclosed physical ailment" but he was released by WWE in late July ahead of his scheduled return.
Wyatt's release has reportedly caused frustration within the business and Jim Ross criticised WWE for not using the former Fiend despite his large salary.
"There's politics nowadays because of the immense salaries. Bray Wyatt gets cut, he's got to be making north of a million on a downside guarantee and he's been sitting home. That's not good management," Ross said on Grilling JR.
"I'm not saying the guy should've been cut, he should've been used if you're going to pay him that kind of cash. How that happened is a story for another day because I don't know the details. I do know they got rid of a very talented kid and I'm sure he won't have any issues finding work, speaking of Bray Wyatt."
WWE have made major cutbacks to their talent roster in 2021 and others on big salaries like Braun Strowman have also been let go this year.
