Jim Ross Wants AEW To Use Wardlow & Powerhouse Hobbs More Consistently

Jim Ross wants to see more of Wardlow and Powerhouse Hobbs on AEW

Jim Ross wants All Elite Wrestling to book TNT Champion Wardlow and Powerhouse Hobbs more consistently.

After being asked during a K&S WrestleFest virtual signing about who might be underutilised in AEW, JR stated:

"Probably Powerhouse Hobbs. I'd like to see more, consistently, more of him and Wardlow. Two guys I have my eyes on. We have a lot of guys who are really close to breaking through to the next level, which is great. They're learning and getting better. That's their obligation. They work a great schedule. They have a chance to work out, train, and take care of their bodies when they're off. They don't travel as much as other companies. I like where we're headed as far as the young guys are concerned."

Wardlow is currently in his third reign as TNT Champion, having regained the gold from Powerhouse Hobbs on the April 19 edition of Dynamite. Wardlow has since successfully defended the gold against Christian Cage in a Ladder Match at Double or Nothing.

Powerhouse Hobbs has only been sporadically featured on AEW programming since dropping the TNT Title. He is set to be a headline talent on AEW Collision, though, when the show debuts on June 17.
