Report: WWE Tag Team To Receive A Push

A WWE Raw tag team looks set for a push between now and September.

A WWE Raw tag team is set to receive a push, according to a report by PWInsider Elite. Indus Sher - the team of Veer Mahaan and Sanga - are said to be a duo WWE wants to see booked strong, for a specific reason. The report explains:

"The company wants Indus Sher positioned strongly as they build towards their return to India with a September live event."

The pair were set to have a match against Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin on last night's Raw, but attacked Cedric before the bell and beat him down. The pair have won two squash matches on the red brand in recent weeks.

Another tag team WWE are said to be happy with is the duo of Kayden Carter and Katana Chance - former NXT Women's Tag Team Champions. The pair appeared on last night's Raw, losing to Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler. PWInsider Elite state:

"We are told WWE was happy with Kayden Carter and Katana Chance's work for their debut on Raw last night against Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler."
