Jimmy Uso: Trinity Is Open To Coming Back To WWE
Trinity, Formerly Naomi In WWE, Is Open To A Return To The Promotion
IMPACT Wrestling’s Trinity, formerly WWE’s Naomi, is open to a WWE return, according to her real-world husband Jimmy Uso.
Alongside Sasha Banks (now Mercedes Moné), Trinity walked out of WWE whilst the pair were still Women’s Tag Team Champions. They were suspended indefinitely and both subsequently departed the company.
In an interview with Ariel Helwani from BT Sport, Jimmy said that his wife would love to come back to the company one day.
"She is definitely open to coming back and when the timing is right and everything fits, hopefully, it works."
Jimmy also said that it felt strange not working in the same promotion as his other half.
"It's been weird. We've been on the road together since we first started our WWE career. For 12 years and then all of a sudden [done]. When that happened, it came to a complete stop."
Trinity is set to face IMPACT Knockouts World Champion Deonna Purrazzo for the title at their upcoming Slammiversary pay-per-view on July 15.
