Joey Janela Pulls Out Of GCW Shows Due To Injury

The Bad Boy is out of action

All Elite Wrestling's Joey Janela is set for a stint on the sidelines.

The Bad Boy revealed in a video on Twitter that he is dealing with an injury and is not medically cleared to wrestle. He is currently waiting to learn the severity of the undisclosed injury.

As a result, his match with Ninja Mack at GCW Zombie Walk on June 6 in Atlantic City has been scrapped. Janela also won't be in the ring at GCW's show in Laramie, Wyoming on June 19.

The AEW star will be doing commentary in Atlantic City, though, and he may be at the announce table in Wyoming.

Commenting on the injury, Janela said: "It sucks. This sh*t happens. I've dealt with it way too much the last couple of years."

The Bad Boy looks set to be out of action for just over a month as he also mentioned he is 85 per cent sure he will be back in the ring for GCW's Texas shows in early July.
