Johnny Gargano Wants To See WWE NXT Talent On The Main Roster
Johnny Gargano believes one current NXT star is the 'complete package'
Former NXT Champion Johnny Gargano believes his former The Way stablemate Indi Hartwell is ready for a call-up to the main roster.
Appearing on a recent edition of Out of Character with Ryan Satin, Gargano had high praise for the Australian-born star:
"Indi has been ready for a long time. Indi is amazingly talented...Whenever that light comes on, she just has something about her, and I can't put my finger on it. She is incredibly entertaining, incredibly funny. I think, for my money, she is the complete package".
Hartwell made her NXT debut in January 2020. As well as her time in The Way, her NXT run has been noted for the memorable romance storyline she had with Dexter Lumis.
The former NXT Women's Tag Team Champion was most recently seen on the August 23 episode of NXT, where she lost to a debuting Blair Davenport.
Since returning to Raw last month, Gargano has been feuding with Austin Theory (another former member of The Way).
Earlier this year, Gargano said that he hoped WWE would take 'full advantage' of both Hartwell and Theory.
