Jon Moxley To Defend AEW International Championship On Dynamite
Jon Moxley will put his title on the line
Orange Cassidy’s AEW International Championship run featured a whole load of defences throughout the course of his reign, and the new champion Jon Moxley is not slowing down since he dethroned Cassidy at the All Out PPV, as he will be defending the gold for a third time in two weeks on Wednesday’s upcoming episode of AEW Dynamite.
On last night’s AEW Collision, Bryan Danielson was ambushed just as he was set to offer Ricky Starks a place in the Blackpool Combat Club. Starks and his new ally Big Bill issued a beatdown, which was extended to Jon Moxley who failed in his attempts to save his BCC stablemate. Later in the show, it was revealed that Big Bill had been granted a shot at the International Championship on the back of this interaction.
Moxley has managed to thus far outlast AR Fox and Action Andretti in title matches, with battle with Big Bill set to be his toughest task yet. It should also be noted that Penta El Zero Miedo has made his intentions known too, as he still wants to settle the score with Moxley.
