Kairi Sane's WWE Return Believed To Be Imminent

Kairi Sane's WWE return is imminent

A popular former WWE star will soon be back with the organisation.

According to WrestleVotes, Kairi Sane has been added to the internal WWE roster and her return to the company is "imminent."

"After what feels like months of speculation, I'm told Kairi Sane has reappeared on the internal talent roster. Her return to the company is imminent," WrestleVotes tweeted.

Sane's return has been expected for some time, with it being revealed back in August that the former NXT Women's Champion had agreed to come back to WWE. She still had dates to fulfil in Japan, though, and Sane signed off with Stardom on October 9. It was expected her WWE return would take place in November.

Sane was previously a part of WWE from 2017 until December 2021, initially as an in-ring talent until the summer of 2020 where she became a one-time NXT Women's Champion and one-time WWE Women's Tag Team Champion with Asuka. After 18 months as a company ambassador in Japan, Sane left WWE and returned to Stardom in 2022.

Sane went on to become the inaugural IWGP Women's Champion until she dropped the belt to Mercedes Moné earlier this year.

Triple H was reportedly a motivating factor in Sane's decision to come back to WWE.
