Karrion Kross Injured At WWE NXT TakeOver: 30

How long he will be on the shelf is currently unknown...

In the main event of NXT TakeOver: XXX, Keith Lee defended the NXT Championship against Karrion Kross. The Limitless One and The Harbinger Of Fury battled back and forth and threw numerous Haymakers at each other, but the challenger ultimately emerged victorious after he hit a Doomsday Saito Suplex from the middle rope.

Kross's title reign could be cut short, however, as Triple H revealed in the post-TakeOver media call that the new champion likely separated his shoulder during the match.

The Game said: "I wish I could say, as good as he is at his job, I wish I could that he was just really good at his job. I really wish I could say that. I'm going to have to find out. You know, get him an MRI and everything. Right now, it looks like he's separated his shoulder somewhere in that match.

"I knew it was hurt. I knew he was hurt. He wanted to continue. Medical team was watching him and felt like he could continue. They felt like they knew it was a separated shoulder, and to the degree that it was by looking, so they were comfortable with him continuing. He's tough man and there's not much more I can say about that."
