Kenny Omega & The Young Bucks Return On AEW Dynamite

The Elite returned on AEW Dynamite

The Elite are back on All Elite Wrestling programming.

The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega had been off AEW TV in recent weeks but they returned on the April 12 edition of Dynamite. Kenny Omega was the first member of The Elite to return as he looked to save Brandon Cutler and Michael Nakazawa from a post-match beatdown from the Blackpool Combat Club after Jon Moxley and Claudio Castagnoli defeated them on Dynamite. This brought out Omega and while BCC were distracted, The Young Bucks made their own returns and decked Moxley and co. from behind with a Superkick Party.

The Elite then ended the brawl on top, with the segment coming to an end after Wheeler Yuta and Claudio Castagnoli saved Jon Moxley from a screwdriver attack from Kenny Omega.

The Young Bucks had been off AEW TV since being attacked in the opening moments of the March 22 edition of Dynamite by Blackpool Combat Club. It emerged soon after that AEW wrote off The Bucks because Matt Jackson had suffered a partially torn biceps. He is hoping to be able to wrestle again by May's Double or Nothing pay-per-view.

Kenny Omega, meanwhile, had been gone from AEW since May 29 when he was laid out by a returning Bryan Danielson and Blackpool Combat Club.

A reunion between Hangman Page and The Elite has also been teased in recent weeks, suggesting they will reunite ahead of Double or Nothing, where a multi-man clash will likely take place.
