Kenny Omega Teases Adam Cole Joining AEW

Could The Elite be reunited?

After seemingly his final match with WWE NXT at Sunday’s TakeOver 36, rumours have again been circulating about Adam Cole’s future, and AEW’s Kenny Omega has joined in on the action.

Taking to Instagram, the AEW World Champion posted a picture of ‘dead’ Adam Cole - a screenshot from an old Being The Elite episode.

Omega’s post follows The Young Bucks changing their Twitter bio to a link to a YouTube video ‘The Most Infamous Seances in History’, whilst changing their header pic to Kenny Omega and Matt Jackson dressed as Ghostbusters, with Nick Jackson dressed as a ghost.

Adam Cole was a founding member of The Elite with Omega and The Bucks, and was written off Being The Elite when he signed with WWE, his ‘character’ being written off via death by poisoning.

As of yet there has been no word on what Cole’s next move will be. He recently met with Vince McMahon, and the WWE chief allegedly had WWE writers come up with plans for Cole for the main roster.
