Kenny Omega Vs. Bryan Danielson Headlines AEW Grand Slam Week
Four hours of wrestling, including two-hour Rampage
A match pitting AEW World Champion Kenny Omega against Bryan Danielson will headline next Wednesday night's AEW Grand Slam edition of Dynamite, the centerpiece of four hours of AEW wrestling emanating from New York City next week.
Danielson issued the challenge to Omega in an in-ring segment on Wednesday's Dynamite in Newark. Despite Don Callis' reservations, Omega accepted Danielson's challenge. The match was then confirmed for next Wednesday night.
AEW has announced a grand total of eight matches across the Dynamite and Rampage broadcasts at Arthur Ashe Stadium next week, for which Rampage will be a special two-hour broadcast.
The announced matches for next week's cards are as follows:

* Kenny Omega vs. Bryan Danielson
* AEW Women's: Dr. Britt Baker (c) vs. Ruby Soho
* Sting and Darby Allin vs. FTR
* Cody Rhodes vs. Malakai Black
* MJF vs. Brian Pillman Jr
AEW Rampage (Friday, September 24)
* CM Punk vs. Powerhouse Hobbs
* Adam Cole and The Young Bucks vs. Christian Cage and Jurassic Express
* Chris Jericho and Jake Hager vs. Men of The Year
