Kevin Knight Re-Signs With AEW

Following a standout first year as part of the AEW roster, now former AEW World Trios Champion Kevin Knight will remain All Elite for the foreseeable future as he has put pen to paper on a multi-year deal with the promotion. 

It has been revealed by Fightful Select that ‘The Jet’ Kevin Knight re-signed to AEW at some point within the last couple of months, keeping him with the promotion for a while. It is noted that when Knight first parted ways with NJPW and came to AEW, he had signed only a one year deal with the company, so AEW worked to secure him for the long term earlier this year. 

In this report it is also revealed that Knight’s work has been ‘highly regarded’ by those in AEW, which falls in line with previous reports over the last year that AEW sees Knight as a potential big star and are huge fans of his ability. Knight was previously also still signed to NJPW when he joined AEW, but he hasn’t wrestled in the Japanese promotion since June last year.
