Kurt Angle Disagrees With Paul Heyman's "Third Innings" Comments About The Bloodline Storyline
Kurt Angle thinks Paul Heyman is making stuff up regarding his Bloodline comments
Following the events of SummerSlam 2023 in which Jimmy Uso turned on Jey Uso, costing him the Tribal Combat match against Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns, Paul Heyman made the claim that the Bloodline saga was only in its “third innings”, with things not even getting started yet.
Hall of Famer Kurt Angle has hit out at these comments from Heyman on his Kurt Angle Show podcast. He made sure to give props to the storyline, but didn’t agree with what Heyman said at all.
"The storyline is great, I love it, but I think Heyman was full of sh*t. I think they're in the eighth inning, and they're stressed. They're making sh*t up now. That's what I believe. Paul Heyman, I know him, and I know that he's probably going crazy right now, 'What do we do next?'"
In the aftermath of SummerSlam, Jimmy Uso revealed that he didn’t want his twin to become like Roman Reigns after winning, explaining away his turn in what many fans online believe to be weak reasoning.
