Kurt Angle Says Jeremy Borash Was TNA's ‘MVP'

Jeremy Borash was TNA’s MVP according to Kurt Angle

When you think of the big names from TNA’s glory years you’ll likely think of AJ Styles, Kurt Angle, Sting, Samoa Joe, and Jeff Jarrett, but according to Angle there was someone else who was the company’s MVP.

Speaking on the Kurt Angle Show podcast, Angle gave praise to former backstage announced Jeremy Borash, with Angle saying the following about JB:

"Oh, Jeremy was the MVP of the company, he really was. Not only did he interview guys and do all that stuff, but he did all the editing for the pay-per-view commercials and the storylines. Every week, he did all this stuff and turned it in. He was our he was our producer, director, everything. I mean he did it all, the whole ball of wax," said Angle.

Formerly a backstage and on-air talent in WCW, Borash would join NWA: Total Nonstop Action in 2002, joining Jeff Jarrett’s promotion from its inception.

Borash left IMPACT in 2018 to join WWE, and now works with NXT as the Senior Director of Content and Development.
