Kyle O'Reilly Makes First Statement Since Joining AEW

O'Reilly debuted last night on Dynamite

Kyle O'Reilly has issued his first comments since signing with All Elite Wrestling.

O'Reilly made his surprise debut at AEW Dynamite: Holiday Bash, attacking Orange Cassidy to help Adam Cole to victory. After the match, O'Reilly stood alongside his former Undisputed Era teammates in WWE NXT, Cole and Bobby Fish.

AEW President Tony Khan confirmed not long after that O'Reilly had officially signed with the promotion, less than two weeks after his contract with WWE had reportedly expired.

Writing on Twitter following his appearance on Wednesday, O'Reilly said: "Life is crazy and I’m very grateful that my professional wrestling abilities have taken me to a new frontier in which to explore my ass-kicking ways. Proud to be apart of AEW and thanks to Tony Khan for the opportunity.

"If you’re a fan of mine from elsewhere I hope you continue to support me. If you’re new to KOR, prepare to see a man that pours his f’n soul into that ring every night and has an unquenchable thirst for cans of whoop ass.

"Also, reDRagon is back!!!”
