LA Knight To Team With John Cena At WWE Fastlane

LA Knight will help John Cena take on The Bloodline at Fastlane

After being ruled out of WWE SmackDown last week due to covid, LA Knight is back on the blue brand and made his return by saving John Cena from an attack by The Bloodline members of Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso.

Last week saw a match scheduled for Fastlane in which John Cena was to take on The Bloodline in a 2-on-1 handicap match, but this week it was confirmed that he would in fact have a partner by his side to fend off Uso and Sikoa. Knight fought off the pair and signed the contract, much to the glee of Cena, confirming his spot at Fastlane in what will undoubtedly be his biggest WWE match to date.

Knight and Cena previously interacted at the Payback PPV when Cena acted as the special guest referee for Knight’s match with The Miz. Despite the pair displaying signs of tension throughout, respect was shown at the end when Cena raised Knight’s hand. Knight clearly hasn’t forgotten this.
