Lacey Evans Seemingly Exits WWE

Lacey Evans appears to have exited WWE, if her social media activity is to be believed.

Evans changed her social media handles to her real name Macey Estrella and in a post on Instagram indicated that she was no longer in WWE, and that her old Lacey Evans gear was surplus to requirements:

"When the clock strikes 12, you will address me as Macey Estrella from here on out.......oh, and this jacket is up for grabs. Be on the lookout????????????  #ComingSoon #NoMannersMacey #GottaThinkOfSomeOtherCoolHashTag #LordLookAtMe”

Some have questioned whether this is an official exit from the company or some sort of reinvention angle, with Evans having undergone several character changes in her time on WWE’s main roster. PWInsider reported that they had heard rumblings about Evans exiting WWE, but were allegedly told by sources within WWE that the ‘Sassy Southern Belle’ was still on the company roster.

At the time of writing, Evans’ profile is still listed on WWE.com under its ‘current superstars’ section on the official roster page.
