A TV deal for AEW Shockwave has yet to be agreed and All Elite Wrestling are still shopping the potential new series around, according to a report from Fightful Select.

AEW have spoken to multiple networks about Shockwave and Fox continues to be the rumoured landing spot for the show but no deal is done between the two parties. WWE SmackDown previously aired on Fox and the network has remained interested in adding pro wrestling to their slate of programming.

Fightful noted that it emerged in the Summer that Rampage may be shopped around but Shockwave has been actively discussed since then.

Shockwave would be able to air outside of WBD networks as AEW's new TV deal with the media conglomerate is not exclusive. The deal, which takes effect in January 2025 and runs through December 2027, includes Dynamite and Collision. AEW are not planning to continue Rampage and Battle of the Belts but Ring of Honor will continue, although the promotion was not included in the AEW-WBD TV deal.

What night AEW are planning to broadcast Shockwave has not been confirmed but Tuesday or Thursday are believed to be the likely landing spots.
