Lex Luger Reacts To MJF Tribute At AEW All In
MJF’s tribute to Lex Luger at AEW All In recognised by The Total Package

MJF loves the USA, and during his unsuccessful American Championship defence at AEW All In, the ‘Generational Talent’ paid tribute to two of the biggest American patriots in combat sports history; Apollo Creed and Lex Luger.
Whilst MJF’s Creed-inspired entrance gear was on the nose, his tribute to Luger was a little more subtle - all things considered - with MJF’s trunks and knee pads a clear nod to Luger’s attire during his run with the Lex Express and with the British Bulldog as The Allied Powers during WWE’s New Generation.
Luger himself acknowledged the homage, posting the following on X/Twitter after Sean Ross Sapp pointed out the tribute:
“… I thought I may have noticed a pair of my tights missing the other day”
Unfortunately, MJF’s homage didn’t end there, with Friedman channelling Luger at WrestleMania X by leaving All In without a title.
A former WCW World Heavyweight Champion, and member of the legendary Four Horsemen and NWO Wolfpac, Luger stands as one of the most high-profile names yet to receive an induction into the WWE Hall of Fame, with names such as Mick Foley advocating for Luger to receive his rightful place in the hall.
