The following individuals made special appearances, whether in person or via video message, at Ring of Honor's Final Battle on Saturday night in Baltimore.
In-House Appearances
* Former Tag Team champion Rocky Romero provided guest commentary on the show.
* EC3 was not advertised, but took part in an eight-man tag.
* Danhausen provided guest commentary on the ten-man tag from the pre-show.
* Former Impact Knockouts champion Deonna Purrazzo confronted Rok-C after she retained the ROH World Women's title against Willow. Purrazzo said that after she regains the Impact Knockouts title from Mickie James, she wants to face Rok-C in a winner take all match.
* The Titan (Braun Strowman) came out at the behest of EC3 and took part in a group beatdown.
* FTR appeared, getting into a physical altercation with The Briscoes after their Tag Team title win over Matt Taven and Mike Bennett.
* Impact star Jordynne Grace celebrated husband Jonathan Gresham's World title win.
* Former owner Cary Silkin awarded the classic ROH World title to Gresham.
