Location Of WWE Royal Rumble 2023 Revealed

The location of the 2023 Royal Rumble pay-per-view has been revealed. 

WWE announced today that the first Big Four show of 2023 will take place at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas on Saturday, January 28. The event will begin at 8 pm ET and air on WWE Network internationally and on Peacock in the United States. 

Tickets for the event go on sale Friday, September 30 at 10 am CT. 

WWE Executive Vice President of Special Events John P. Saboor said: "WWE is honored that Royal Rumble will serve as one of the cornerstones of the Alamodome's 30th Anniversary celebration. We are thankful to Mayor Nirenberg, Steve Zito and the entire staff at the Alamodome who were essential in making this historic return to San Antonio possible."

The Royal Rumble has taken place in San Antonio three times before in 1997, 2007, and 2017, with two of those events emanating from the Alamodome. 

Prior to the Royal Rumble, WWE will hold their second Day 1 pay-per-view on January 1 in Atlanta, Georgia.
