Main Roster Call-Ups Teased On WWE NXT

Some popular talents look to be on their way to the main roster following WWE NXT

Several talents look set to move to the WWE main roster following the special Spring Breakin' edition of NXT on April 25.

The show opened with the first-ever Trunk Match that pitted Tony D'Angelo & Stacks against Pretty Deadly. The match featured plenty of weapons, including a pool ball pit, and the D'Angelo Family ultimately scored the win after they sprayed the former NXT Tag Team Champions with a fire extinguisher. The Family then connected with the Bada Bing Bada Boom before they stuffed Pretty Deadly into the boot of the car for the victory.

The marine life in Orlando, Florida also remained well fed as NXT went off the air as the D'Angelo Family looked over a body of water, with Tony stating they made Pretty Deadly "sleep with the fishes." Former D'Angelo Family member Two Dimes met the same fate in 2022 to explain his WWE release.

Chase U look destined for the main roster too following Andre Chase's loss to Bron Breakker at Spring Breakin'. Chase soaked up the applause following the match before he said the setback was a teachable moment and wrote that new beginnings are often disguised as painful endings.

WWE will hold the 2023 WWE Draft over the next week, with the roster shakeup set to begin on the April 28 edition of SmackDown before coming to an end on next week's Raw. Along with Pretty Deadly and Chase U, the likes of Tyler Bate, Bron Breakker, Cora Jade, Ilja Dragunov, and Joe Gacy have been rumoured for main roster call-ups.
