Major Optimism Reportedly Felt Backstage In WWE Following Madison Square Garden Show

An excellent episode of the Blue Brand

WWE has received a lot of praise for the immense Friday Night SmackDown broadcast from Madison Square Garden last week, directly leading to a reported increase in morale and high optimism backstage.

The episode of the blue brand from MSG in New York last Friday has been widely commended by fans and pundits as one of the best pieces of television WWE has produced in a long time, creating an aura of positive energy in the backstage area.

According to Fightful Select, multiple WWE sources were unanimous in their optimism for the promotion directly following the show, something that is in stark contrast to the attitudes experienced at some other tapings in recent times.

One source told the outlet that they believe WWE is capable of putting on such quality shows on a consistent and recurring basis, and it was just a matter of getting it through to those with power that this is the type of event that the audience wants to see.

It is noted that Vince McMahon - having missed Monday Night Raw - was back in attendance for SmackDown, and will therefore have noted himself how well received the show was.
