Major SmackDown Live Invasion Angle Reportedly Pulled From Last Night's WWE Raw

The Best In The World, Shane McMahon, was due to go mole Hunting...

The conclusion of last night's WWE Raw was fantastic, as a Becky Lynch inspired invasion wiped out Raw Women's Champion Ronda Rousey and her fellow red brand Superstars.

However, according to the Twitter account WrestleVotes, who have broken a number of stories over the past year, another major invasion angle was pulled from last night's show. The angle would have seen the entirety of the SmackDown Live roster turn up to last night's Raw, only to find the Raw locker room waiting for them after a tip-off. This was then supposedly set to lead to a storyline where Shane McMahon would try to find the mole in his blue brand ranks.

No male SmackDown Live Superstars were seen on last night's show, which was rather surprising after the last few years of #UnderSeige and other catchy invasion slogans. Tonight, you can be sure to see the Raw women - presumably led by an injured Rousey - get some sort of revenge for last night's goings-on. Who knows, maybe the men's locker room will join them...

Last night's Raw provided us with a number of bits of information for Survivor Series. Chad Gable and Bobby Roode will captain the men's tag team-team in the 10-on-10 match; Bobby Lashley and Finn Balor will join Messrs Ziggler, McIntyre, Strowman on the men's team for the 5-on-5 match; Braun will get everything he wants and more after Survivor Series is over provided he leads Team Raw to victory; and Mickie James, Nia Jax, Tamina, Natalya and Ruby Riott will be competing for Raw in the women's 5-on-5 match.
