Majority Of WWE Raw Roster Reportedly Stayed To Watch Big E's WWE Championship Win

Big E won the WWE Title on this week's Raw

The majority of the Monday Night Raw roster reportedly stayed at the show this past week in order to watch Big E catch in his Money In The Bank contract and win the WWE Championship.

The Monday 13 September episode of Raw ended with Big E cashing in his contract on Bobby Lashley, fresh from his Championship defence against Randy Orton, with the New Day member pinning the All Mighty to win the WWE Title.

As one of the WWE rosters most popular members, many backstage were reportedly genuinely delighted for the 35-year-old on reaching the top of the mountain, and Fightful Select is reporting that most people that are part of the Raw team stuck around until the end of the show to watch Big E's big moment.

Normally, talent would begin to leave the arena and start making their way to the next town or venue while the show is ongoing, if their involvement is finished, due to the number of hours normally taken to make such trips.

With this in mind, it is uncharacteristic for so many to remain at Raw until the end, in what is a sure sign of Big E's popularity among his peers in WWE.
