Malik Blade's WWE In-Ring Debut Set For 205 Live

Blade will be in action

WWE developmental talent Malik Blade will make his in-ring debut on tonight's edition of 205 Live. He will go one on one with Tian Sha's Boa.

Blade, real name Joshua Dawkins, was announced as part of the latest Performance Center class in August with the likes of Brooks Jensen and Joseph Fatu, The Usos' brother.

At the time of Blade's signing, WWE wrote: "Twenty-three-year-old Joshua Dawkins of DeBary, Fla., is the latest trainee of WWE Hall of Famer D-Von Dudley to be signed to the WWE Performance Center. The 6-foot-1 recruit is also the nephew of NBA legend Darryl Dawkins."

Dawkins was renamed Malik Blade earlier this week. Other developmental talents Anriel Howard and Sean Tan were also renamed Lash Legend and Dante Chen.

Also announced for 205 Live is Andre Chase vs. Trey Baxter and Valentina Feroz vs. Amari Miller. The episode was taped at the WWE Performance Center ahead of Tuesday's NXT 2.0 show.

The developmental series underwent a relaunch on September 14 and the likes of Bron Breakker and Trick Williams made their TV debuts.
