Mandy Rose Was Initially Worried About Forming A WWE Tag Team With Dana Brooke

So soon after her last team...

After defeating Sonya Deville in a Loser Leaves WWE Match at SummerSlam, many expected Mandy Rose to go on a singles run on Friday Night SmackDown. God's Greatest Creation didn't get the chance to go on a solo run, though, as she was traded to Raw as part of Otis's storyline with The Miz and was subsequently partnered with Dana Brooke on the red brand. The two women have been teaming together ever since.

Brooke and Rose were the most recent guests on Lilian Garcia's Chasing Glory podcast and Mandy revealed she was initially worried about being in another tag team.

"I was a little bit, like, not discouraged to be in another tag team, but I was, like, worried, like, is everything okay? Did I not have a good match, or did something happen? We all know the plans change, you know, day by day. So, I was just... I wasn't getting answers. I wanted clarity of, like, what's going on. So, when they finally told us we were going to be in a tag team, I went, 'Okay, good.' It's something, you know? I just want to be on TV again. I just got off one of the biggest matches in my career with a win, and I just wanted to run with it."
