Mark Henry, Bill DeMott Call For Tammy Sytch To Be Removed From WWE Hall Of Fame

Bill DeMott and Mark Henry want Sunny removed from the WWE Hall of Fame following her latest legal troubles

Former WWE stars Bill DeMott and Mark Henry have called for Tamara 'Sunny' Sytch to be removed from the company's Hall of Fame following her recent arrest for DUI manslaughter.

Sytch was charged after allegedly causing a fatal three-car accident while intoxicated in late March.

In response to the charges, the Keri Anne DeMott Foundation issued a press release calling on WWE to remove a 'repeat DUI offender and now killer of an innocent man, Tamara Sunny Sytch from its Hall of Fame'.

The Keri Anne DeMott Foundation was set up by ex-WCW and WWE wrestler and trainer Bill DeMott and his wife in 2015, after their daughter was killed by a drunk driver (who had multiple convictions for similar offences) in Orlando, Florida.

After retweeting the press release and calling for greater accountability and punishments for those who drive while drunk, Mark Henry replied by telling DeMott, 'I'm with you!'.

Sytch posted bond on Saturday and was released from jail following a court appearance. She has been instructed not to leave Volusia County, Florida and will be arraigned on May 31. If found guilty she faces the possibility of spending many years behind bars.

Sytch was inducted (as Sunny) into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2011.
