Matt Cardona Calls GCW The Third Biggest Promotion In The United States

The United States is home to most of the top professional wrestling promotions on the planet, including the likes of WWE, All Elite Wrestling, IMPACT, and Ring of Honor. 

WWE and All Elite Wrestling are widely accepted as the two biggest pro wrestling promotions in the country. Which promotion is in third place remains up for debate, however. 

Matt Cardona has stepped into that debate, hailing Game Changer Wrestling as the third-biggest promotion in the United States during an appearance on AdFreeShows.com. 

"I think GCW is the number three promotion in the United States. I think it's hard to argue that. It's definitely much like ECW. You sit through a GCW show, it has f***ing everything...you're gonna like something," Cardona said.

Matt Cardona has been a featured performer in GCW since 2021 and he is a former GCW World Champion. He continues to wrestle for the promotion but Cardona noted he won't work all of their events because owner Brett Lauderdale pays him "like s**t."
