Platinum Max caster is back from his AEW suspension, and has challenged AEW President Tony Khan to a rap battle in New York for AEW Grand Slam.

After recently returning from suspension, Caster read a scripted rap before changing tact and going for one of his infamous freestyles, and has taken to Twitter to call out Tony Khan:

“IN CASE YOU MISSED IT Here's my  freestyle from #AEW in Newark, NJ Our boss Tony Khan didn't really like my rhymes. Well, maybe he can do better... I challenge @TonyKhan to a RAP BATTLE in Queens, NY at #AEWGrandSlam #MaxVsTony”

Caster’s pre-match raps have gotten him over with large sections of the AEW fanbase, but some controversial bars scheduled for but subsequently pulled from AEW: Dark on August 3 led to his suspension, and a belief that his act will be toned down, or at the very least watched more closely by AEW backstage staff going forward.

There is no word yet on if Khan will accept Caster’s challenge, or if The Acclaimed will appear on AEW TV during the Grand Slam shows at all, as they are not currently scheduled to perform.
