Mike Tyson Would Rather Appear In WWE Even If AEW Offered More Money

Tyson would rather work for WWE than AEW

Despite having appeared for both companies in the past, boxing legend Mike Tyson would prioritise an appearance with WWE over AEW.

Tyson was joined by NFL player Sebastian Joseph-Day and The Undertaker for a recent edition of Hotboxin' with Mike Tyson. Day asked what he had to do in order to make a special appearance for WWE, to which the Baddest Man on the Planet responded:

"You know Tony Khan and those guys? Yeah, these guys want to put me on the show and stuff before. But I don't care if they got more money. If Vince [McMahon] put me on the show, I'd rather go there [WWE] even though they [AEW] pay more money".

The Deadman concurred with that sentiment, replying "I don't blame you there. It's going to get much more play. WWE is going to do it right. Yeah".

Tyson first started working with WWE in the buildup to WrestleMania XIV, where he famously served as the special ringside enforcer for the Shawn Michaels versus Steve Austin WWE Title main event.

He has made intermittent appearances for the company since and was inducted into the Celebrity Wing of the WWE Hall of Fame in 2012.
