MJF remains the AEW American Champion following his successful title defence against Michael Oku.

Donning the red and yellow of Hulk Hogan, MJF put the belt on the line against Oku at RevPro Summer Sizzler from London's York Hall on Sunday night. In a very warm London, Maxwell Jacob Friedman retained his title, defeating RevPro Undisputed British Heavyweight Champion Michael Oku in a match that was just under 30 minutes.

The programme between MJF and Will Ospreay then continued post-match as MJF tried to attack Amira, Michael Oku's girlfriend and manager, with a Tiger Driver '91, only for Ospreay to make his RevPro return and the save. MJF scurried to the back as Ospreay charged to the ring, with the former IWGP World Heavyweight Champion then revealing that he will do "whatever it takes" at All In.

This would suggest Ospreay will be willing to use the Tiger Driver '91 against MJF in their AEW American Title match at All In. The 'Aerial Assassin' has been unwilling to use the move since AEW Dynasty when he utilised it against Bryan Danielson.

AEW All In 2024 will emanate from London's Wembley Stadium on Sunday, August 25. Michael Oku may also be involved at All In, with recent reports noting he was being discussed for the event.

Other matches at RevPro Summer Sizzler saw Luke Jacobs defeat Trevor Lee (FKA Cameron Grimes), Donovan Dijak pick up a win over Robbie X, and Leon Slater score the victory against Jack Cartwheel.
