MJF Vs. Adam Cole Set For AEW Dynamite
MJF and Adam Cole will meet in singles competition on AEW Dynamite
The June 14 edition of AEW Dynamite is set to feature a first-time-ever clash between AEW World Champion MJF and Adam Cole in a Championship Eliminator Match.
Cole and MJF set the match up on the June 7 edition of Dynamite with a scathing promo exchange in the middle of the ring. Should Cole defeat MJF on June 14 then he will receive a shot at the title at a later date, with Cole’s last chance at the AEW World Title coming in April 2022, with his Texas Death Match loss to Hangman Page.
MJF is fast approaching the 200-day mark as AEW World Champion, with his reign the current third longest in AEW history, behind only Kenny Omega, and Jon Moxley’s first reign.
Other matches announced for the June 14 edition of Dynamite include an AEW Women’s World Championship match between Champion Toni Storm and the winner of a four-way match on the June 9 Rampage, and a trios match between The Hung Bucks (Hangman Page & The Young Bucks) against The BCC’s Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, and Wheeler Yuta.
